Ryan has had a great run. I'd still take Flaccos SB run over his though. Ryan is definitely a top 5 QB currently and heading into next season win or lose.
What are the stats on Flacco's run? it would be interesting to compare the two.
Matty been on a tear this year.. But his last 6

completed something like 73% of his passes for 1800yds with 18tds 0int 133 QB rating

I wish they would the colors contrast good enough it would be perfectly fine.

@The Collector  I found the comparison between the two runs

Flacco's SB run: 4 games played (his run started in the wildcard so he has an extra game)

73/126  57.9% Cmp%

1140 Yards

285 Y/G

9.0 Y/A

11 TD

0 INT

117.2 Rating

Matt Ryan's current SB run: 2 games played (Started in the divisional game and so far since the Super Bowl hasn't been played yet)

53/75 70.7 Cmp%

730 Yards

365 Y/G

9.7 Y/A

7 TD

0 INT

132.6 Rating

(+1 rushing TD)

All things considered Ryan's run could end up being better depending on his superbowl performance

The major difference is Flacco beat Denver and New England on the road. Then a 49ers defense better then any Atlanta has seen in this run.

Yeah that is an important difference to note beating those two teams on the road. And yeah that 9ers defense used to be really great nothing like the 9ers now.

Stats wise Ryan could end up better but Flaccos run was still great considering the opposition.

Falcons win because the are the best offense in NFL history and their defense is athletic enough to not get destroyed.

I said Matt Stafford was going to go Dirk in 2011 but it was the wrong Matt

Washing Russell, Rodgers, and finally Brady to legitimize a HOF career.

2016 Falcons are 7th All Time in points scored with 540. The 2013 Broncos averaged 4 points more and scored 606 points.

The 2016 Falcons isn't the best offense we've ever seen.

The 91 Washington teams offense was better if you adjust for era. They scored 495 total that season. 45 points less then the 2016 Falcons in a much harder scoring league.

I mean if we just using stats as best they aren't.

But I think they are truly unstoppable and can win with every facet of their offense.

Apparently we had the 2nd toughest defensive schedule this season so that has to be factored in as well since the offense still did what it did considering that.
