. I called some idiots from eBay and I was infuriated with his tone so I used profanity and this mofo just gave the seller the benefit of the doubt and he said the buyer wasn't even obligated to return the shoes. I said what???? Extremely P'od I read up other cases and yes most of the time the buyer keeps the item eBay is one big scam and that was the first , last and only time that happened to me and never again with eBay. Plus he ruined my 100% feedback on eBay my username is montemex23 and y'all can see I sold plenty of legit kicks thereEbay doesn't determine if a shoes is authentic or not. Their policy is " We can't determine if the shoe is authentic or not, so we just ask the buyer to return the shoes" AKA We don't know anything, just take back your shoes.
If a buyer files an item as not authentic, the seller is always going to lose. Ive shown receipts, and I still lost.
I've had the same issue. But they return the shoes to me, so I don't know what happen in your case
