I understand, but thats not fun. Ima have to plot for when she's done with our office.Nothing. Don't mess with ur paper.
Happy hour is a good idea. Not really part of our office culture though. Not sure if it would pan out.Hmmmm I wouldn't even pursue but if you want to just take her out for happy hour this Friday or make it a team event.
But you could save that money and something else since she probably not trying jeopardize her new opportunity
If happy hour not apart of the company culture then take her *** to 2bros pizza and sit down and eat and chatI understand, but thats not fun. Ima have to plot for when she's done with our office.Nothing. Don't mess with ur paper.

Do good for me dudeDC chick flying in tonight..got her to come early. No pun intended
Word. What makes this experience more frustrating is that I know I can bag this other intern who is working in a different department. Shorty is on my piece hard; invited me to brunch and dinner w/ her fam. Always touching on me when we talk. If I were to smash I wouldn't even get in trouble since I'm not her supervisorDefinitely keep it cool while she's working with you. Being an authority figure is a good thing, don't drop that. If it was me I would just do my thing, find some legit reason to exchange numbers or just let her come to me, exchange friendly but not flirty texts and then invite her for drinks when her internship is over
you never told us she was coming back out there.DC chick flying in tonight..got her to come early. No pun intended

yo wtf was up with that question..... I dont even know what the hell you meant by that. spagehtti / casserole...
am I missing something.................
Not at our office. We don't hire recent grads; need at least 2-3 years of work experience. If she's an intern, isn't there a chance they bring her on after??
My three Engineer friends interned at their firms and then were brought on full time.
Thought I mentioned she was coming out her in late July or August? Oh well.
It was something we joked about awhile back (Prob years ago I think), about cookie cutter lifestyles, boring meals, suburbs, etc. basically asking if she was that type of person. One of those soccer mom SUV-driving, casserole cooking, no character having types.
did she end up remembering that convo.??
After I called, yeah. Still think the chick is crazy and I'm taking a huge risk but we'll see what happens this week. At 23, I really don't have much to lose by taking chances.
nT brethens I have problem man, I keep hitting these girls raw. They not randoms I been messing with them for a while now. They confirmed they're on bc, it still just seems risky. Thats all.
Where would you guys go to get checked?nT brethens I have problem man, I keep hitting these girls raw. They not randoms I been messing with them for a while now. They confirmed they're on bc, it still just seems risky. Thats all.
I used to do that all the time. So risky but luckily I never got burned
Where would you guys go to get checked?
I've been fortunate enough to not catch anything at this point. I go raw too even when I have a hat at hand's reach. But thankfully it's never been with randoms and just chicks I knew for a while.
Yambassadors,
I have a tough one for you. I'm a 28 year old engineer at an architecture firm. Recently started this job back in March so I'm only here for a couple of months. During summer, our firm hires 10 interns for a paid summer gig- June to August. I (not sure whether its a blessing or a curse) got the BADDESTTT one. Shorty is a 27 year old nice slim, pretty in the face Cape Verdean chick. Like she actually grew up in Cape Verde and moved to the US in her early teens. She has a really cool personality and I would munch on the booty like groceries ASAP. Problem is I'm her "supervisor" for the entire summer; give her projects to work and she reports.
She looks at me like her boss and I'm having trouble breaking that boundary. She's super professional with me at all times. Also, worked really hard to get here and dont want to put my career in jeopardy. I find it super awkward to even ask her out or even suggest dinner or drinks; don't want to be that creepy supervisor even though we are basically the same age.
My strategy is to play the "mentor" route, keep it cool during her internship, lay a foundation, and then go hard once her internship ends. But I feel like a sucker waiting until August to make moves. What's the play for action NOW gentlemen?
Nothing. Don't mess with ur paper.
Damn bro, I honestly went through the same exact BS, I showed her the stats and let it be, the thought of being denied sex is what got me furious as hell tho, but on the outside I played it cool like I was respecting her wishes, eventually she
Just stay strong bro and dont have a fight over this BS, she may act some type of way
