on the denims do you think the bottom is the best it can be? OR would they look better with a gum sole, or would that take away from the uppers?

couldnt you just cut the stiching like when a person stuffs dunk tongues? I dont know why they put that odd tongue tag instead of the traditional one you know? The denim looks real nice though.

^just a matter of opinion though, ROOKEE. I'd take those over a lot of the pairs posted in the last few pages... simple, classic, and high quality.
denims are growing on me too. the tongue tag can be dealt with, but that heel cap is bothering me still. there's not too much that can be done about that...

No jewel cost over 250, some for less than 200. It's hit or miss but jewel lows never exceed 300 on auction. ever. However, that does not mean I would not pay over 300 for a pair.
