Basically my Cdrive caught a dirty virus and ive lost all my music, pictures etc from it

Does anyone know of any (free) programs that i can use to transfer songs from my ipod to my itunes, without it syncing and wiping my ipod songs off?????

I know NT has the remedy to any problem, please HELP!!

I just googled reverse sync for ipods and looked for reviews of the free ones.

I used a free one called "ipod to pc" or something, it took a while especially with the videos but it was very worth it.
