I like how Kerr is allocating minutes.

Curry's playing about 4 minutes less per than last year and his production is basically the same.

Klay's playing about 2.5 less and his production is up across the board.

Boy's gonna be fresh come playoff time.
all the blowouts probably has a lot to do with Steph and Klay's lower minutes so far
A lot easier to allocate minutes when your second rotation could probably compete for a bottom seed in the East.

Kerr has done an amazing job but it can't be overstated enough what a fantastic job the FO has done the past five seasons and despite the incessant jabs we Warrior fans seem to take at Mark Jackson he deserves a **** ton of credit for the job he did setting the foundation in terms of chemistry and culture.

Rondo to Houston and it's a wrap.

I don't know man.. Harden needs the ball in his hands a ton.. And rondo is only effective with the ball in his hands..

I get rondo being with a player like dwight.. But is dwight still overly opposed to the pick n roll?

I think the best pg to pair with harden would be a steve Kerr type, those 90s Bulls type PGs.. Who were more spot up shooters and space generators than "classic pg"

I disagree with him needing the ball a ton. He does keep it a lot, but he facilitates with good portion of his ball usage, he doesn't use it all to score.

His inside outside game is sick.

It's one of the best I've ever seen, probably of all time.

He doesn't need that much room to work.

Having a Rondo would detract from his ball dominance, but not from his PPG because he'd be assisted at a much higher rate.

IMO of course.

[thread="608612"]How, exactly[/thread]

Kyrie looking like a middle class ai :hat

Where and when was the term "Middle Class Allen Iverson" originated? My friend just used it yesterday and I thought he was the originator but I guess not :lol

How the hell is rondo gonna work In Houston? Make harden a spot up shooter? Obviously rondo can't do anything without the ball. And harden needs the ball.

You don't even think Harden is elite, much less a franchise player.

I'm not sure you've seen enough of Harden to gauge what he could or could not do with Rondo.

dude clearly doesnt like Harden and his dislike has him talking silly.

Not only that but to comment on that Doug Gotlieb post where he said other players had more upside, and call him dumb is odd.

If anyone in this thread, if anyone in the Media has ever not been wrong, please point them out.

Everyone is wrong, at some point, when talking about professional players in any aspect of performance.
It doesn't make them dumb *****.

Houston needs a PF that is big enough and can shoot not to be food to the blakes and the Lamarcuses of the west.

Did Kerr come in at the right time, or do any of you think he would have had this team doing better things than Jackson from the jump?

Both really but people really do try and discredit Jackson and say that its all Kerr (especially Andrew Bogut like he doesnt even try and hide his dislike for Jackson at this point), a good amount of this has to do with it being the right the right time. I still am a Mark Jackson fan, you can say that his assistants did a lot of his work for him but I still think he had a hand in getting that team to where it was, and that is especially true for Curry.

Outside of Spoelstra/LeBron and Brooks/KD, there wasnt another coach out there who had that much faith in one  player on the team like Mark Jackson did with Curry. It was 100% confidence in him to do whatever he wanted, Mark Jackson took the chains off him the second he got there. He was doing stuff he never would have tried during the Keith Smart era.

As someone whos been watching him play since day one, all these Curry plays that we've all come to love really started with the Mark Jackson entrance, Curry got extremely confident and bold with him around. Thats not to say that Kerr wouldnt have done the same, but I dont think he would have done it as fast, Jackson deserves a fair amount of credit for Superstar Steph Curry.

Kerr walked in the door knowing what was already there and IDK if he would have seen it if he came in when Mark Jackson what with the false narrative of him being injury prone and the questions of whether the W's could succeed with the two small guards or even if Curry should stay over Monta

right time , i feel like he wouldve created this same team though in a sense.... this is a lot more steph curry's doing than anyone else ....hes literally unstoppable now ....

Offensive sets are miles ahead of Mark Jackson's. And it's not even like he's really doing stuff that's mind blowing offensively. Jackson was just that bad, especially with the weapons that he had at his disposal.

He came in at the right time, but Jackson had reached his peak there.

It's still hilarious to me that this dude Mark Jackson just preaches on random street corners.
