Canada has their population divided over 7 NHL teams vs 1 NBA team. Obviously the Raptors are going to be the most popular team in the country
not really no one cares about the raptors outside of southern Ontario.
and they are less popular than the leafs/canadians/blue jays.

This is how I saw it when I lived in Canada and visit there
Like you said theres like 2 Canadas.....the old WASPish Canada and younger immigrant Canada
The WASPish Canada is into the NHL, NFL, Blue Jays, a little CFL.....the younger immigrant Canada embraces the NBA more and the Raptors by default especially since all their games all readily available to watch
But I think if the Raptors made it deep into the NBA playoffs, all of Canada would readily embrace it because Canadians kinda secretly hate /admire/annoyed by America and love any chance to beat "big brother" in Sports

Never been to Canada (and I'll probably never get to go because of a previous DUI :/ ), so I'm not trying to argue with you since you're from there, but quick Googling told me that southern Ontario is 1/3 of Canada's total population.
Sounds like that would easily make it Canada's most popular team.

Achilles' tears are bad injuries, but they don't look that gruesome, like the Livingston and PG injuries. I thought Frisco was looking for a list of the real gnarly looking injuries. Any injury you can shoot a FT after (or drive home, in my case) shouldn't make the list.
