It just sucks to realize the rest of your life, the Kings will probably never even sniff the playoffs... let alone win an NBA title

I don't believe Lebron is a sham, I just think he's the type of player that you can't give autonomy to do what he wants. Miami had organizational structure from Pat, Zo, Wade to UD to set the tone and not let Lebby and his cronies run things which was the best situation for everyone. The same thing happened with USA basketball. It took Kobe and Kidd to join the team to setup the structure Lebron and the team needed to thrive.

I'm not bashing Lebron, but his leadership is nonexistent and his years in Miami fooled us into thinking he improved in that area when he hasn't.

Exactly, and why would the Cavs improving or not have anything to do with off court plans? Didn't LeBron say something like, "if we don't improve," he wanted to reunite with Wade?
