I personally think Blatt can work in the NBA but teaming up with bron is terrible for any coach that don't have nba time

Bron is a diva and wade/riley the reason spolestra worked out....

you hit him with the fire cuz he called u dense? cmon AT thats unnecessary bruh.... disagreement or not. dense aint bannable man.
Yea they were going back and forth there. It was a heated argument. Almost as bad as refs making a bad call and t-ing players up for having reactions. That was foul forreal to ban or suspend him for that. Not cool. Abuse of power

Well it isn't far fetched of an idea. I wouldn't say they don't have to but they are probably looking at him as an inexperienced coach. So they might not give him as much respect as a seasoned NBA coach.

100%

Lol, it is the player's job to listen to the coach, whether he's good or bad. Doesn't matter if he's bad or not.

And it's the GM or ownership's job to fire a bad coach.

I agree 100%. But, the fact remains, people respect others that have shown they can accomplish things. They do not have as much respect for him, probably I do not know, because he has zero nba experience.

But I wish it was as simple as players, listen to your coaches!

You respect someone based on how he coaches, not how much experience he has had.

If the players are going in with a bias against the coach because he has zero nba experience than the whole thing was set up to fail - doesn't matter how well he coaches.

That said, it's your job to listen to the coach and play ball. If he directs you to a losing record despite doing everything he says than it's management job to assess what to do - fire the coach, or trade the players. It's that simple.

but then its like, well where does it end? you respect a coach that has nba experience over one that doesnt. well what about if you get an nba coach, will you stop respecting him because even tho he can coach, he hasnt coached a championship team? or what about if coach a only has 1 chip, but coach b has 2?

those corny arrogant *** dudes.

The vast majority of that team hasn't won or experienced a damn thing....they wouldn't know anything about who or what type of experience anyone needs.

that's the problem with the NBA,   big names have too much power as opposed to the other major professional sports.

you stroke these guys egos and coddle them to the point where they really think their the gm's consultant and should have a say in front office decisions.  it's one thing for a star player to offer a suggestion but for him to think that suggestion should be listened to is something else.

anyhow we shouldn't be knowing about this internal nonsense with the cavs and blatt.  i'm sure all teams have some type of internal problems at some point, but the teams with true leadership make sure that stuff doesn' get leaked out to the public.

We aren't arguing man. I am simply explaining what humans do. If a human is told to follow someone with no experience, during the early stages the lack of experience will be a barrier before they truly buy in.

Again, I am not disgreeing with anything you are saying but what you are saying is in an ideal situation. That isn't what happens in the real world.
