curry was coming off an injury on a team that never won anything.
klay got his contract as a best 2-way player in his position, who is a key component since the warriors started winning.

I called Jennings losing that starting spot soon as the pistons signed DJ. It was inevitable. Dude is too And-1 to lead a team anywhere besides 12th place. Dude is wack arnolds. DJ lead the bulls all last year when Rose went down, hes skilled and disciplined. BJ needs to go back overseas.

It doesn't matter that the Warriors never won anything, potential Curry showed > Klay at this point.

Klay the best two way player at his position huh? :lol

Wesley Matthews would like to have a word with you

I've been one of Brooks' biggest critics, but if he can muster up some wins and keep the Thunder competitive until his main guys return, he'll earn my respect.

He had a hard enough time with two of the game's best players, lord help him now.

Easy schedule will help

Fortunately for the Thunder, their next 18 games include both of their cross-conference meetings with the Brooklyn Nets, Milwaukee Bucks and Detroit Pistons, plus two games against the Utah Jazz and single games against the Sacramento Kings, Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers.

It might actually be better if the schedule eased up when Russ & Durant return because they need to play around .700 ball when those guys get back.

You remember how bad Russ looked last year when he returned against Miami & OKC got destroyed? At home no less.

But oh well. they'll just have to get back in the flow quickly.

Can't wait till the line shifts on OKC title chances after they stumble so I can flourish.

I definitely agree with you're saying but I meant when it came to contract talks, Klay wasn't coming off an injury. why doesn't it matter that the warriors is a winning team now? I think a winning team would want to spend or overpay for a player to keep a team like the current Warriors intact. Who's the best 2-way player SG?

All I'm going to say is Team USA. you guys must have not remember when Wesley Matthews got his contract, he was coming off his rookie season at Utah Jazz and an undrafted rookie, who people thought Portland overpaid to get him. But he proved his worth, right? I won't say this is a great contract for Klay but some you dudes must think Klay is just average.

On offense: Klay > Wes

On defense: Wes > Klay

I'd take either on my team any day.
