I don't get why people aren't believing their eyes with the Hawks. This is the best team in the eastern conference. People want to reluctantly pick lebron an co. as the favorites when they know in their hearts it's not true

Just because he hasn't been playing as well doesn't mean he can't turn it on in the playoffs. And no I don't think its an even match up but I don't think it would be surprising or crazy if teague played kyrie to a draw.

I mean Atlanta was 6 games under .500 last year and took the Pacers to 7 games...anything can happen

And we use last year's atlanta team as an analogy for why a below 500 team will hang with #1 seed atlanta this year. Cavs could lose to a below 500 team in the first round too. Nobody ever says that tho

If the Hawks and Clips were to meet in the Finals, the Clipper/Blake/CP3 hate will ultimately prevail over people's annoyance with ryanjumpman and most pretty much everyone other than Clippers fans will end up rooting for the Hawks.

At this point, anyone who hates the Warriors does so simply because they are better than their favorite team. Not sure what else there is to hate. Likeable players, likeable coach. What is there to hate?

Once again, every single team in the NBA has unlikeable players. The closest team that probably doesn't is the Hawks.
