5th pick, Vucevic, Randle, Clarkson, and future picks from the Lakers and I am in
That's just being greedy.
I just want something nice to happen in my Kings fandom for once in my life man

pls expound on this and sell me on this idea.... :nerd: [/quote]I knew that was coming. Was going to say something myself buy thought, "Nah, omelette rck get this one."

I got you papi, I really think you guys are almost there.

Boogie
Gay
Collison

Decent trio that just needs 2 more starting caliber players. Boogie wants a rim protector, great, get WCS and sign a veteran 2 guard who can create his own shot and knock down open jumpers. Wes Matthews pre injury would've been ideal.

Couple of talented youngsters:

Ben McLemore
Nik Stauskas

Now here's your problem, 13-14 million is tied up by Carl Landry and Jason Thompson until 2017. Those two contracts need to be dumped. And it won't be easy doing so.

But if you add WCS, add a shooter like Matthews (or someone healthy that can do his job), you're in good shape. Now, in the west, this may be an 8th seed, but it's still the most competitive the Kings have been in eons.

Rck pls cheer up

whenever I think of the Kings, I get bummed out.

My favorite football  soccer team is basically the European version of the Kings (@Big J 33  feels my pain

), and whenever I think of that team, I get bummed out.

Everything is horrible.

Ehhh thats the optimistic outlook I get every now and then...

realistically, Gay is just a top 150 player in the NBA.... If he isn't in top form, he isn't helping your team.

I don't see Collison as a player that can take a team to the playoffs... that plus his injury history is checkered

Mclemore/Stauskas are redundant, not to mention if we need to sign a vet 2 guard.... that just creates an even bigger log jam

Landry is a cool guy to play black jack and offers ok life advice, but other than that he's washed.

Thompson is ok off the bench, but they guy needs a fresh start.

Basically, there are more needs and if's for me to stay positive about this franchise.

There is no hope.

All is lost.

Not that I believe that for .00001 sec but that's a no brainer for LA. Get to keep Randle, draft Winslow/Mudiay = flourish.
