well i knew that but we should be getting a small percentage of their oil since the country is underneath our supervision or atleast buy some of their barrels at a discounted price.

Iraq itself doesn't make those decisions, and OPEC ain't in the business of giving discounts.

If you have a diesel car, you can just pour used cooking oil in the tank, no modifications
