Dude at work told me to watch it but it just looks weird to me. Seems like elements of ren n stimpy. How is family Guy not banned yet.

I think the show depicts ppl kids going through puberty reasonably well and the discomfort one may get from watching it is very much the point. Admittedly a couple scenes have made me uncomfortable and I felt that the creators wasn’t being provocative to teach, but being provocative for the sake of it. Outside of that I thoroughly enjoy the show and think it’s even necessary. So I say no.

i watched maybe the first 3 episodes and thought it was too much i even think family guy can be too much at times and this has family guy beat by a long shot....

In doesn’t matter if I let them or not, and if they’re anything like me they’d watch just b/c I said they couldn’t.

However, I do think 13+ year probably olds should watch movie this show b/c of the relatability. I also strongly recommend children in that age group especially young women watch the film Eight Grade. I hated that movie for all the right reasons and b/c of that it was a excellent film. It’s one of the most culturally relevant movies I have ever seen.

As a matter of fact I want to revise my initial stance. I think shows like Big Mouth is needed.

Why are people talking about their kids watching it? It's most definitely not a kids show. Is it for everyone? No. But I found it pretty accurate in showing how hormones affected us growing up. Made interesting conversation with people of the opposite gender I watched it with, as well.

There's no reason to ban it. Just mind your own god damn business and don't watch it. It's not like the show itself is harming anyone.
