The College Basketball Post

Syracuse just doesnt score enough points. That **** is not gonna get it done. I mean at home against a team 6-19? Cmon b.

Am I the only one that loved the complete Syracuse uniform? Thought they were sick.

Cuse had that coming but to a 6 win BC team...didn't see THAT coming.

'Twas a great run. But that was a horrible loss on several levels.

UF won the same type of game on the same night. Let's take a guess at what the new rankings will be.

With Duke looming, the potential for two losses in a week could be devastating for tournament seeding.

Just terrible. :{

That's typically how it happens though... They deserve it for their last few W's, tbh.

Not mad at all, just surprised t happened against BC.....still think Duke smokes em Saturday but then they win out and still get the ACC title......and lets take it easy on the Ennis Nba talk,

Ehh I'm not sure. Cuse might have trouble with Boston College on Feb 19th. I know it's at the Dome and they'll be big favorites, but I smell an upset.

Man... tough loss for the 'Cuse. There was no way they could win every single one of those type of games all season. Glad it's out of their system now but will be hard to bounce back against a hungry Duke team looking to make it even.

Tyler Ennis needs to improve laterally on defense. He is so slow when moving side to side. With the zone, you don't really see it too often. That'll be tough for him in the NBA.

Scoring for this team is an issue. Yeah, CJ Fair will give you 16-20 every night, but you never know if everyone else will show up. ****ey with 2 field goals will not help this team go far in March.

Dat trap game :hat

And to anyone who doesn't believe 4 games in 8 days doesn't play a physical toll on them boys is just delusional.

Their only saving grace is that they don't have to travel for the UNC and Cuse games. If they had to go to 'Cuse after UNC then I think they get buried.

Can we talk about UVA being in 1st place this late in the season? I'm slightly perturbed by this @#$% Outside of their defense and slow down game how is this possible?

Biggest thing I like to see from a team come March is a big guy you can throw it to down low and get a bucket from, and as good as Syracuse is defensively, they lack that. Thought Coleman would be that guy but he kind of stinks.

I mean only a couple teams have that guy but the two favorites imo, Florida and MSU, definitely do.

Don't travel to Cuse or UNC

Syracuse losing to a garbage BC team at home shows how weak CBB is this year, that should make for a great March tho

My biggest gripe with SU is they have no depth. Coach b doesnt trust his freshman besides Ennis and he's always been that way but damn, we need some fresh legs in there.

Plus ****ey, he had a monster game few games back but besides that he's either getting killed by his man in the zone or shooting bricks. Ennis and Fair cant do it alone. Need grant and Xmas to really put in work consistantly.

I'm not gonna touch on dejaun since we go way back but yeah..a lil disappointment.

I am really questioning CBB this year too.

I am not going to call it "weak" I just think that there isn't a GREAT team this year and there is a handful of pretty good teams.

Last year Louisville was the great team and the year before Kentucky was...no one can argue those teams were overall the best teams in college basketball in those years.

This year there just isn't that...there are a handful of pretty good teams like Cuse, Florida, Arizona, Wichita State, Kansas, Duke, Michigan State (when healthy)...but not ONE great team. That's the only thing missing from CBB this year in my opinion (and I have no problem with that because it makes it a lot of fun.
