The College Basketball Post

ignore that website.

amatuers with no more info than you or i.

Nbadraft.net is the most consistent though. DX and Chad ford are always way off and try to do too much to shake things up. Draftnet pretty is almost a mirror of how the drafts shake out.

Your boy Chad ford had Chris Walker listed as an SF and in the lottery lol. The amateurs seem to get it right.

after seeing the game last night again, if i'm the knicks I don't want okafor with the number 1 pick, too high of a risk. His offensive skill set can only take him so far. Plus when kaminsky put a body on him he wasn't able to adjust to his length and size and put up bad shots. Imagine him banging in the paint with the likes of noah, davis, and drummond
sick.gif
when so bad shots you mean the half dozen easy lay ups he missed?

nba coach will make sure he dunks them.

Thing with Chad Ford is his stuff is based on what he hears from GMs and scouts. That protects him in a way. :rolleyes

Lyles will be at 4 in the league right? I have no recollection of him doing anything in the paint except catching a lob. Going to Kentucky masks a lot of **** for these high school stars.

It isn't based on anything, you or I could sit here and put up mock drafts and hit a reasonable percentage. the owener of the most accurate mock vary wildly year to year.

Chad Ford talks to gm's and reports what they think Chris Walker was a hyped recruit who fell as he played and Draftexpress is a trusted scouting service employed by NBA teams and has a staff of really smart people who track guys from the age 15 to draft year.

NBAdraft.net is not better than a reasonably informed NTer.

Then you didn't watch kentucky. His skill and footwork on the block is a big part of what makes him so attractive.

Nbadraft.net seems way better than draftexpress in its easy to maneuver

I always find myself checking it

I hope he's a 4 in the league, i feel like dude would get abused on the perimeter in the league

maybe it's because he plays alongside WCS, Towns, Dakari, and Lee and you don't realize it... but Lyles is 6'10" 235 and 19 years old.

every year, same bunch of guys who feel they can bang in the nba. loool.

same same same. go back to talking bout Parker, n Embid. lol

lol at Coach K n Rent a Player.

unc needs more consistency. huge expectations for next year, but I'm not really convinced right now. The team as a whole needs more heart. Also need someone to step up as a scorer who has that killer instinct. My guess it might be justin jackson.

Thing is, while everybody on that site can make a mock draft, the only one that pops up is the official mock draft. They have inside guys, talk to gms, scouts etc etc as well. Chad Ford has been flat out wrong on many occasions, and generally doesn't know what he's talkin about.

The Chris Walker thing was THIS season, when Majority of scouts had him pegged as a second rounder. Ford is responsible for the Exum hype too. And as much as I like DX's scouting video breakdowns, they're late on updating things as well.

DX had Jabari Parker as low as 7 at one point last year. Just because Chad ford and DX are closer to the NBA doesn't make NBAdraftnets information any less valuable.

I hope so, man. Jackson has so much potential.

I saw it after they had left the monitor, and actually thought about, is it in my prerogative to get up, run over to the table, buzz the buzzer, and tell them to come back and look?”

Also is this guy, the head of basketball officiating, really saying I saw it went off Duke but didnt know if I should tell anyone?

Crazy man.

To think that 2 late out of bounds plays led to 5 points in such a close game. Smh

You have no idea what you are talking about half the things you say aren't true.

I follow the draft closer than I follow anything in sports.

1. Draftexpress had in the top 3 the whole year. when they start doing the mocks that take into account teams needs he never moved from

you can check if you'd like, januray draft express page http://web.archive.org/web/20131231023702/http://www.draftexpress.com/

2. Chad Ford BEFORE THE SEASON polled gm's and had Chris Walker as the 28th pick, the difference between being 28th and 48th is a bad workout. and he immediate fell of the board once the season started.

3. you really want to cherry pick random times early in the scouting process? because nbadraft.net will have more ridiculous mocks.

they had Samaj Criston as a top 5 pick.

http://web.archive.org/web/20130714095529/http://www.nbadraft.net/

Kyle Anderson as a top 5 pick. Cleanthony early lottery.

http://web.archive.org/web/20140330225849/http://www.nbadraft.net/

. had kelly oubre as a the second pick caris levert top 5.

NBAdraft.net is no more informed than you or I...well maybe no more informed than me.
