That was a laughably bad call
Offensive player clearly using his off arm to elbow dude in the face, then the defender fouled him and he fell.

GCU plays hard but not smart. The amount of dribbling into double and triple teams and not hitting the open man cutting to the rim. Its entertaining though so I'm not complaining.
