The Combat Jack Show Thread

Y’all got banned banned, or for a week?

Who snitched?

I wasn't given a timetable I was just given a message about my flagged comments. When I go into the thread it says I have insufficient privileges to post in there. Not sure if I'm permabanned or what. I gotta stop going on NT when I'm drunk man :smh:  Was doing way too much.

I thought the music thread was Hamsterdam..... I don't see none of the guys who be telling in other threads frequenting the music forum so idk who the leak is but we gotta put an end to that ASAP

I think I was banned for a week before. Hopefully that's all you got.

He sounded dumb talking about major touring. Comparing artist to J Cole.

The radio conversation was cringe in some parts, but for the most part Esso was right.

Flex always had his lane and was different from Kay Slay, different from Rosenberg. It's like complaining about TRL or 106 and Park not supporting you if that's not your lane.

but I also felt Esso when he was saying you need to complain about Buffalo radio. Let Joey or Banks complain about Flex. A lot of people I've talked to felt Conway's fight was misplaced, even if they don't like Flex.

and radio has changed over the years. What flew in the 90's wouldn't appeal today.

Radio has gone from every four hours, to every three hours, to every hour. People have short attention spans and want to hear that smash constantly. Radio is competing with playlist and your own streams.

The lispy dude is the one who annoys me. What did Caribbean music have to do with anything.

Ice is a wild dude. How can you not have heard The Infamous and be in your late 30's?

It's albums that I wasn't even born for that I went back and listened to. What's Going On is one of my favorite albums. Sorry, I wasn't alive for Off The Wall. I guess that was the sheltered kid who couldn't go outside the house. until he got around kids in high school.

I guess that coincides with him not liking boom bap rap, and preferring the No Limit/Cash Money that was late 90's. I feel I should listen to certain albums just because I'm in to rap.

Banks is a thoughtful dude. His answers to the question you wouldn't tell he doesn't interview.

And Parks needs to stop speaking on rap as if he's the voice of the regular person. He seems confused. 50 did make it embarrassing to publicly like Ja.
