I always thought it referred to big black women. Like, I understood it was for chicks on the heavier side . But when I think BBW....I’m thinking of a big black woman. As a shorty coming up, the only white flicks I saw were on hbo/cinemax. Feel like they referred to bigger/thick women of other races as something else back then.

It’s not hard to imagine “BBW” starting as a Black porn phrase...then White people catching it, misinterpreting it....then applying it to their people’s....YEARS later .
