It’s moreso his response to the question in his Rosenberg interview and him saying Joe ‘says things that make people want to kill themselves.’ Less tons of fans piggy backing it. So this is another case of "internet bullying" basically. Which has always been silly to me. You don't need to listen to Joe Budden. Joe Budden and random dudes on twitter should mean very little to your life when you somebody with a career and family.
I fully understand depression. When something has an effect on your real life. This new **** has been used as a cop out. Again, if you got it that bad stay off the internet and the spotlight of being famous wasn't for you. Maybe that's why dude hanging it up.

One thing I did agree with Mal on his people learning about building up your body and more preventive ways. But IMO that isn't the CDC and WHO's job. These things are easily googable. People need to do their own research.
People don't take care of their bodies.
Working out builds up your immune system. Which is why I find it funny how people bashed people who wanted to go to gyms, but of course, if you live a seditary lifestyle you wouldn't understand.
Same with the food and supplements you put in your body.
As someone who has seen people age, there's a correlation in how you age with how you take care of yourself.
