It will probably be during the time between the last one (4th film) and Tokyo Drift (3rd film).

I can see the Rock playin a good role in this. The whole series thing is kinda lame after a 3rd installment (although Tokyo Drift don't count imo) But I think they should just rename the movie but keep the same plot. Keep people interested
