You seem to always assume things won't get fleshed out and elaborated on because it doesn't happrn in the timeframe you'd like it to. You can't possibly think Barry's relationship with his dad won't resurface as the season progresses outside of an odd cameo.

I don't think he's coming back at all other than like I said the odd cameo where they'll have the expected father and son moments depending on the situation.

It's not like Shipp is listed as a recurring character on the show for this season.

I'll wait to be proven wrong about that.

Only other thing I can think of is if they go to the earth where Shipp is the Flash based on his tv show

Seeing Shantel VanSanten makes me miss Gang Related so much, i hate fox for canceling that show after 1st season.  Miss seeing her in those tight dresses hugging her body in that show too

I almost didn't recognize her and was gonna say she looks like the chick from that show

Man that's who she looks like. I was thinking a white Sasha banks or a less attractive Dianna argon.

Show is starting slow. I think some of the direction and writing is poorly executed compared to last season. jay better not be zoom

I got a 2nd chance at life with this widower angle and a grown up kid with super powers I don't really have to worry about. I'm gonna move to a city with no metahumans, get all the yambs a cleared name/ex-convict rep can get me, and live life. Deuces

And dudes are going in on Simptimus Prime aka Mojo from that other thread in so many threads.

New episode was dope. I like the 52 portals shout out the New 52 storyline from the comics. (nope did not read lol)

It made me wonder if that's how they'll explain the different actors in the movies. Because it's on a different Earth? If Barry from the show is an electrician in the Flash movie (as mentioned in the latest episode) then hats off.

And yeah the CCO of DC/WB said what they're working on is a cinematic multiverse which is why none of the tv shows will be in the same world as the movies. It's a hint they might have a big Crisis movie event down the line.
