Damn. Barry has way more chemistry with Patty than he ever had with Iris.

Kinda reminds me of Smallville where I felt Clark had so much better chemistry with Lana (as opposed to Lois) but in the end Clark is supposed to be with Lois

That's cuz they wrote it for some weird reason that Iris was not interested in Barry (even though the timeline had not changed enough for the future where they're married couldn't happen). So the entire season is him having a crush on her without her having any clue. Then when it's revealed son gets rejected more than once. She makes it clear she's not interested (except that one ep she was jealous of Linda ). That stuff is in the fans minds now. We'll never see the chemistry now.

At best Barry should've just smashed and we could've rooted for him that one time.

Good call on Smallville. They handled it even worse. It wasn't even like Clark didn't have chemistry with Lois it's just like for 6 seasons his love with Lana blossomed and flourished and in the background was Chloe crushing on him. Then they came up with a dumb reason for her to marry Lex and now he's in love with her. Then when he's out the way she gets kryptonite powers and can't be with him literally and again isn't seen again

Also why are they making my dude Dominic Purcell over act so horribly as this Heatwave character? Hard buying he becomes a legend behaving this way.

Everything else about the trailer was pretty cool.
