to borrow from the college thread a little, what are the top jobs in the NFL? Would the Rams be considered a top 5 job?

NFL you go where the talent is.. pieces in place you can build around.. and owners who are willing to spend money (scouting departments and assistants)

Also as a coach, I assume you don't want an owner who will overly meddle in things
