it seems like the Bengals should at least have a SB appearance by now.

Marvin is really holding that team back. 

Damage has been done though, offense lost weapons in sanu, and jones. Jeremy Hill has regressed. Bernard gets limited usage.

Dalton is not very good though. He's average at best. Its difficult to get to the Super Bowl without an elite something on the team (offense or defense (and they never had either))
