The Invincible Thread

Yesterday on 710 ESPN Seattle, the ESPN Radio affiliate in Seattle, longtime ESPN reporter John Clayton suggested that the Los Angeles Rams were including a three-year extension for Head Coach Jeff Fisher as part of the three-year extension recently reported for DT Michael Brockers:

Clayton: The word on the street, I don’t know if they actually put it in one of the...because...they haven’t really put out the Michael Brockers contract extension yet, because I know he just got a contract extension. I think they were gonna put at the bottom of the release that Jeff Fisher signed a 3-year extension.

Host: Are you serious.

Clayton: Yeah. That’s what I’m hearing.

Host: Oh my gosh!

Clayton: But they haven’t put out any release yet.

I think the thread is talking about a totally different topic hear. We're all talking about who should get in the HOF first and why right?

Winning means something in the NFL. You take away Joe Montana's rings and many QB have surpassed him on the field that aren't considered better.

Patiently waiting for QBs are different line.
you answered your own question my dude. QB are different from every other position.

Why are yall acting like you not talkin to the same dude who swears Michael Irving is the GOAT?

And Calvin Johnson not HOF material

The only sure Hall of Famer I see is Tomlinson.

I think this Terrell Owens and Kurt Warners year due to the lackluster first year nominees.

Playoffs performer or not, I still have PTSD from LT running rampant on the Raiders and the entire AFC West for most of the 2000's.

You know how many times I've seen that dude score 4 rushing touchdowns in one game?

You know how many times I've seen him throw, rush and receive for a TD in the same game!?!?!

Seriously, the stuff nightmares are made of. :lol

Anyways this the point I've been responding too:

Putting culture completely aside (I know that's kind of big a deal), I can definitely see how someone who's not familiar and doesn't have the eye for the more subtle differences in feel and appearances between NYC/PHI/BOS could view them as being a like

Your response was literally, "no you're wrong" which doesn't make any sense at all given the context.

My response was "literally":

wrong..

and I say this as a foreigner who has studied in the US (multiple parts of florida), studied in multiple parts of England and traveled quite a bit throughout the world

And before that I said this in response to someone else:
NYC, PHLA and BOS seems like it would be the same place to me.

very very very different.. I've only been to boston and philly each once a piece

and NYC couple times

they are very very very VERY different places

nyc is like London, if youre going make a comparison

I'll be in Seattle in a couple weeks

. Wish the Mariners were in town to catch a game. Seahawks/Niners tickets that week are ridiculous
