:rollin

raiders, charger and chefs can eat crow.

always will support my fresno state fam though :Nthat

you guys still slandering carr :{ put some respek on his name cot dammit.
carr looks way better then I expected him to be.
Thought he would turn out like his brother or him and teddy b would have the same type career. Teddy mediocre as hell.

Offense ain't the problem in Oakland. It's that D. Overrated as hell coming into the season.

i was telling folks about carr but nobody listened. watched all his college games and dude looked like the real deal. a lot was talked about the teams he played but he looked nfl ready. happy for dude to see him continue to grow. hope he wins a superbowl one day (just not on the raiders :) )

Yup Wentz looks nice but 2 games don't mean Ish. Cut it out with all the trying to make people eat crow after two weeks. Bring up those quotes a year or two from now. Lots of QBs have a good year or two then fall off the face of the football earth. Josh Freeman was real they said RG3 had next, kaepernik was going to be the next great QB.
etc etc. Relax
ummmmm.. when you had some of the scorching hot takes before dude even played a down (especially from someone who admitted their ignorance on the subject matter and that should be damning for the player and not him)..

hell, I never even argued that dude was/is/will be good (because I didn't know).. simply that I could understand conceptually taking the risk and some folks couldn't handle it

hell just trying to explain spacing out the picks didn't make the hit of all the picks we were trading THAT bad (wasn't like we pulled a saints move).. like the possibility of a rational conversation went out the window QUICKLY

'he's a small school prospect', then you respond with 'well so were so and so'.. then it quickly goes to: 'youre a homer'

Defense has been a massive let down. How you upgrade personnel and play significantly worse on defense than last season which was piss poor?

It's only 2 games though. I think Sean Smith is going to be fine. Him and Reggie Nelson still aren't on the same page as KNJ. All kinds of miscommunication out there in the secondary the last two weeks.  Karl Joseph is going to get about 20 defensive snaps this weekend too, hopeful that will help.

LB core just doesn't have the pieces. Ben Heeney aint it. Malcolm Smith is solid at best.  I don't see that unit as anymore than mediocre on its best day with  the current roster

Biggest concern is inability to generate any kind of interior pass rush.

But hes had the Wentz avy/sig for months now and it clearly isn't working very well.

Curse in full effect. When Eagles fans least expect it the effects will take shape.

Warriors made it past the Thunder and went up 3-1 on the Cavs. Curse kicked in at that moment.

[@=/u/40447/Chester-McFloppy]@Chester McFloppy[/@] how many reps will it take for you to change your avy to Eli until around 4:30 Sunday?

curse ended in the NBA playoffs.. or something.. somewhere a lil while ago

Western conference finals.

I guess it came back and worked out in the finals though.. as chuck still had his avi as the 'authentic fan' GSW poster.

crazy part is if they get it together, they have the players to do it right now.

And that's the thing:  Say Carson stinks it up his first two games.  This whole thread would have been "

I told you he was trash, stupid Eagles, blah blah blah".  There wouldn't have been any of that "let's wait to see how he adjusts", or "It's too early to make a judgement".  But he looks good in his first couple of games, "It's the Browns".  "It's the Bears" "Let's wait for a little bit"

Agreed.. People are to quick to call players out. I'm guilty of it myself.
I'm a pessimist so naturally I don't annoint players as the next great thing until they show some Consistency.

Goff is trash according to everyone and we haven't even seen him play.

the one thing that should have been learned all these years from the NFL draft, talent can come from anywhere

easily the best WR in the league, 6th round pick out of central Michigan

how many great TEs were playing basketball and decided to 'pick up' football later on

if dude was manziel's size and speed I would think my GM was out of his f-ing mind (and with manziel's crap off the field).. but wentz is the size and speed of some DEs/OLBs/TEs

Our defense started off buns last season and got better as the season went on, i expect the same. It's a pretty young group as far as playing together. Lots of 1st and 2nd year(in this defense) guys out there

OBJ going to show off every dance move he worked on in the offseason against Dan Snyder's football team.
