i know we’re all pissed we’ve fallen in the draft order, but the reality is AP needs to win if he wants to keep his job (same as last year).

Players need to win/play hard to keep playing with the Raiders or whoever next season.

so, its hard to be mad at them.

Sad part is they’ve been trying the last 2.5 months and lost all them too. we’ll get whatever it is we deserve.

Regardless, I think im done with the AP experiment. I dont think Ben Johnson would be interested unless we had the #1 pick, but if i were him i’m not interested in the Raiders - even less since we’re in the QB dungeon.

AOC is Andrew Walters reincarnated

we just living in an endless cycle.

we bout to enter our Jason Campbell phase soon :hat

Jamarcus first tho

:lol the cycle continues.

Maxx gonna get traded a la KMack?
I read a couple days ago that he was venting on his podcast and people were going back at him saying it was him who forced the raiders to select AP.

I give it 1 year max (if things continue) for him to come out publicly and request a trade.

With that being said, is AP fired?
Been seeing rumors of Mike Vrabel

watching Amik play tonight and I miss his little *** man :lol

I really wish we woulda kept him.

Welcome to the offseason Raider Nation. Next season is definitely our season.

y’all wanna keep AP or nah?

I heard Ted Nguyen say this on the Justin Win Podcast a few weeks back and it resonated - AP isn’t your XO’s
kinda HC. He’s the CEO motivator type and he needs his coordinators to be solid - if AP stays he needs to hire a great OC and hopefully Patrick Graham is retained.

If he can’t obtain a quality OC then it wont even matter who the QB is cause we’re gonna have another similar season to this one.

Saw a stat yesterday that showed the record of interim coaches who’d eventually got hired as head coach and it was atrocious. It seems like a ****** coach gets fired and interim comes in and everybody is super excited and go all out since they’re so excited they got rid of the ****** coach. That’s what I think happened. I think it woulda been a similar outcome with Rich Bisaccia.

AP had no experience and business being the head coach. We all fell in love with his attitude last year and thought he deserved a chance. But when you see how he performed this year think it was a mistake. Hindsight is 20/20. Let’s not forgot that Maxx Crosby said if he didn’t get the job he wanted to get traded. I think there was similar chatter from Devante. I think both of those guys also helped in forcing the raiders hands.

AP has looked overwhelmed all year. Doesn’t help with all the injuries.

Eh...I know we desperately need a QB but this team has so many other needs and there is plenty of talent at a number of positions...I genuinely don't think Sheduer or Cam are worth trading up for. If we were there, then sure...but going up for them is not the move IMO.

Mason Graham/Tetaiora McMillan are at the top of my wish list as of now for this draft (given the 6th pick). I wouldn't be upset with Will Johnson either.

Maxx, Wilkins, Graham. KC/Koonce would be a nasty front (assuming they all stay healthy). Brock/Meyer/McMillan would make for a passing attack for whoever is at QB

There's absolutely no chance the raiders draft right with this #6 pick. Nobody you guys mention will get drafted with that pick. Absolutely no chance this goes well, and even if they did hit on the pick...the dude who gets picked will become disgruntled by year 3 and we'll trade him to the Patriots for a 6th round pick
