Those are crazy contracts. It’s completely beneficial to the UFC. There is nothing to benefit the fighters.

The fighters need to really need to get on the same page for at least the contract ish. Fighter Hotel, Apex, PI and meal prep during fight week is nice but it ultimately benefits the organization which is going to hold a card.

Negative. Randy never FOUGHT OUT his contract.
Randy signed a 6 fight contract in 2009, he’s only fought 4 times since then.
He still owes the UFC 2 more fights. He tried to get out his existing deal, not an expired one.

what does his 2009 deal have to do with him trying to leave while he had the belt in 2007? you said he can relinquish the belt and leave... randy attempted that and it didn't work.

he never fought out his contracts, I think Randys thing was he never got fully paid bonuses he was owed in 2007 so he sued and retired…they setted out of court and then he came back and resigned a 6 fight deal in 2009….

Just saw GSP’s debut for the first time. My man was yolked back then. His core strength of takedowns with GnP were on display back then. Along the way, he developed that killer jab and used top sports medicine to forge a GOAT eligible career.
Not sure if ya have kept up with the commentary criticism as of late especially with Joe Rogan. It’s highlighted here. He “favors” Parisyan because of his judo/grappling. Creating a narrative of this grappling expert who has GSP in control when in fact George has complete top control through most of the rounds and picking at him with light jabs to the body and vicious elbows to his face. JRE used to be close friends with Eddie Bravo and has a BJJ black belt. He favors grapplers. But there are just times when he has it wrong like when Khabib fought Al. He made it seem like Al was winning on his feet when he wasn’t. Khabib was comfortable.
