You're probably right. If I was a fighter, who was pursuing purses...I'd probably look at historically who the biggest draws were and figure out why.

Chael was smart. He looked at pro wrestling and literally copied it (Superstar Billy Grahm). Conor is a bigger than life personality. Some say he's cut from the cloth of Ric Flair and the Rock.

At the end of the day, folks gotta understand this is the entertainment business. So entertain the fans with your words, etc. And back it up (hopefully) in the cage.

I just watched merab dvalish fight for the first time, against Aldo.

I don’t see how this guy winning a title could be anything other than a disaster for the UFC.

If he won the belt and held it,it would single-handedly kill any interest in the bantamweight division.

To be fair the aldo fight was one of his “worst” performances. The moraes fight was his most exciting which was the fight before

How he fought yan is probably how he’ll be against the rest of the contenders. Umar hopefully will be able to stave off that style
