I have found that if I'm busy, i get more stuff done, basically become more productive.
Is anyone else feel similar to that?

Yes sir....stay busy stack paper, have nothing to do and all you do is find ways to spend money you probably don't even have.

I have not figured this out yet

Media production work time =/= work productivity

-basically, I could be busy for a week straight working on the same edit. And sometimes all that work you put in... is only equal to a few frames out of a second...

City life and transit time =/= productivity

-so much time wasted on transiting through the city

Makes sense.

Busy = Mind flows with getting things done

Nothing to do = Mind flows with being a lazy #$@

I find this to be mostly true with me. Once in a while I can motivate myself to do things without having to be busy.

I believe there is a correlation between doing stuff and getting stuff done yes

There's definitely something in that - when I'm busy I can get a lot done in the day but when I've got time I do nothing. Something about being able to do it later makes it less urgent so you end up not doing it at all.

Like yesterday...
