^ ya hes the obvious choice since he knows how to develop young players... thibs was trash without butler in minny... plus he plays guys with too much minutes

Wildly funny how all of the sudden the narrative on Melo has changed so dramatically in a few years since he was on the Knicks

When he was here seemed like everyone took every chance they got to jump down dudes throat for the wrong reasons and the NBA casuals/media would be killing him for not single handedly lifting us to the finals

But now that he’s washed and been with three teams in two years everyone loves him and has nothing but praise saying he’s an all time great etc, etc

**** is sickening

HBD to Melo btw

Hey at least im consistent

I think it’s because this was the first year he actually accepted a legitimate role. He looks way better out there than he did with OKC or Houston.

feel like thibodeau has already shown us his best and have always felt like his best was never good enough for the amount of attention/praise he's received. good coach, but never it. that and wearing his players out til they break or pull something

kenny atkinson seems to have a good career ahead of him. seems focused and intent on knowing his players potential.
plus he has youth on his side and doesn't seem stuffy with that old school vibe that thibs has

I just want a coach that understands todays game. No twin tower, lack of spacing, and force feed the post lineups.

Wing defense, shot blocking, and shooters everywhere.
