I'd keep Bland, dump Diggs. Does Zach Martin net you a 3 or 4? Probably not, but if he could I'd move on... If Parsons nets me two 1s, I could be talked into it.
If we were run by any other front office, I'd feel fine paying a QB $60m and handing Micah the biggest non-QB contract in history... With this bunch? Don't see how it works.

I'd definitely be conservative getting them back on the field...
But even still - this thing needs so much at so many spots - if I can get draft picks and load up over the next couple of years instead of shoving out more huge contracts, I'm all over it.
