THE OFFICIAL 2024 - 2025 DALLAS COWBOYS SEASON THREAD || 3-6 Next Game 11/18 vs. Texans Monday Night Football

Garrett isn't the problem. It's the players with big contracts like Jay Ratliff, Mo Claiborne, Miles Austin and then the injury prone players that are drafted as projects in which they hope a player who has always been injury prone in college will suddenly stay healthy in the pros like Sean Lee, Demarco Murray, Bruce Carter, etc.

This type of game got Wade fired could the same thing happen to Jason esp with a bye next week??? Y'all wanted balance and got it y'all happy?[/SIZE=5]

True, someone said it earlier on here, but it's like Garrett does stuff like this just to prove a point. I do think you have to control TOP to beat the Saints, but that doesn't mean you don't throw at all. Dez still isn't get the ball thrown to him :{

I would have no problem with Callahan being fired and another OC brought in / promoted during the bye. Thing is, it would still be a Garrett based offense :{
Only thing is Dez getting doubled every play these other dudes need to,get open cause Romo has had time for the most part.

Romo is another guy who only recently(the last 4 games or so) started playing up to his contract. They should have went after Alex Smith in the offseason and got rid of Romo.

Doesn't matter. Those guys aren't getting open. You have a top 3 receiver. Give him a chance to make a play.

Nah cguy is cool he really don't like Romo but he tripping hard on Alex Smith though.

Yep, don't like Romo. I'd like to see what Garrett would do with a different QB. During that run in which Garrett won the head coaching job, it was with backup QB's when Romo was hurt.

Before Garrett's tenure is up, they need to find out whether this is on Garrett or Romo. Remember Sean Payton didn't do too well with Romo at QB but everyone blamed Parcells.

We don't utilize the screen play at all.
The team your playing is screening you to death.
Why wouldnt you try it for yourself?

Nah I hear you in I respect your opinion even though I don't agree with it esp with Alex Smith

Ray Lewis said this was the most basic offense he had ever seen!
Garrett was the offensive coordinator at the time.
This has nothing to do with Romo.

This might be the worst game we've played since Garrett has been HC. Trying really hard to remember a game worse than this.

I have no idea how the Dallas strength and conditioning team still has jobs. For there to be this many injuries two seasons in a row there has to be a team wide problem. Teams just aren't that unlucky.

Over half of the defensive starters are hurt.
Anyone ever think THIS and Ratliff's issues with the team are related?

You also have to execute the plays. The 90s Cowboys ran a predictable offense but they executed the plays and no one could stop them.

Starting to notice a disturbing trend.
Our offense isn't able to sustain a drive against anybody.
3rd and short this offense folds.
