THE OFFICIAL 2024 - 2025 DALLAS COWBOYS SEASON THREAD || 3-6 Next Game 11/18 vs. Texans Monday Night Football

It's interesting that it took the coaches 3 years to move Dez into the slot.

:{

They're just now giving Dunbar chances too :{ They've handled Beasley right, but 90% of our offensive weapons are underutilized.

That's how you dominate to close out a game!
Best drive of the year!
7-5 baby and first place in the NFC East!!!!

almost went skating again but decided to stick it out. good win since we pretty much handles our business from late 2nd quarter and on.

wish we never got rid of sam hurd, he reminded me of  T.O, him in the slot would destroy the other teams.

Damn we miss Harris a lot. Glad we got the win. Dunbar runs a hell of a lot harder and hits holes a lot better than Murray.

our last drive to end the 1st half really pushed us in the right direction for a great 2nd half :hat

great game by murray :Nthat

Ya'll still want to fire Garrett? Unless Tony Dungy is coming out of retirement, I'd rather see Garrett coaching. No Dave Campo, Barry Switzer, Chan Gailey's, or Wade Phillips types.

I think they are couple of quality defensive linemen from being a championship contender. They could also draft a better OG to play next to Tyron Smith.

If we don't fire Garrett then I want a new offensive coordinator. Problem is, Garrett's ego wouldn't be able to handle it. Similar to how Callahan is the OC but Garrett has resumed play calling. Plus, it was always Garrett's offense to begin with anyway. Can't see him allowing another OC to come in and bring his own system.

Was looking at the schedule for next year, if we win the division we'll play the Saints, if they win the South.

Why do we play them every year :lol Joint is starting to feel like a divisional game.

Somehow we always end up with the same division record as they do (third last year, first possibly this year).

I'm already a big Larry Fitz fan, but this Sunday I'll be pulling for them even more. Would like a nice cushion going into that last game of the year.

If we can win against Green Bay with Godgers, I'll feel good about winning a playoff game this year.

yes i still want him gone. i hope im wrong about him and he pleasantly surprises me with multiple playoff wins but, YES after only a 2 game winning streak, i would like to see him gone.

I was thinking about this yesterday

we got a fake Jamaal Charles (Dunbar) and a fake Wes Welker (Beasley), both those guys can be very valuable if we get them involved

We need to use Dunbar more. His burst would be perfect in the screen game and is a nice change of pace back.

I was watching the Lions game yesterday and saw that they would motion Calvin into almost a stack formation and it worked a lot of the time. I would love to use this with Dez to help get him open easier.

they do everything in their power to get calvin the ball. As much as i would love to see them do this with Dez we have a lot of offensive weapons and not one of them are being used to their full potential.

The offense has a dominant reciver in Dez, an Inside/Outside WR in Miles, a deep threat in Twill, a shifty slot guy in Beasley, a speed guy in Dunbar, whatever Murray is :lol, a HOF Tight End in Witten, not to mention a top 5 PR/KR in Harris.

The team really has every kind of offensive player. No reason the offense shouldn't be top 5 in every category. Can't even blame it on the Oline this season. That's coaching.
