THE OFFICIAL 2024 - 2025 DALLAS COWBOYS SEASON THREAD || 4-7 Next Game 11/28 vs. Giants Vol. Thanksgiving

Dez has 6 TDs 400 yards the last four games. Philly, Washington, Detroit, Minnesota and Nola are up next. Looks likes he about to go on/is on another run like we saw last year.

But we're 1-7 when Dez has multiple touchdowns.

Nahh, I watched it, & he screwed up. & yes, I DO hate the Cowboys. HATE them with the fiery passion of 1,000 suns. My team's 5-0, can't tell me nothing! [emoji]128513[/emoji] Who Dat?! I'm out!

Your team is 5-0, so enjoy it while you can.
That secondary was getting smoked today.
I expect us to put 40+ on that defense.

1000

I'm still hurt :{

Aside from the INT, this just shows me what this offense could/should be. The offense was looking near-flawless for awhile. On to the next one.

Yep. For all the complaints we've had the offense is second in the league in scoring average with 30 and Romo has been flawless dating back to the second half of last season. Dez has been absolutely great. Dude is 9th in yards and 2nd in TDs yet it still feels like he's could be doing a lot more. The O line has been amazing. Williams showed us his potential. Murray is fourth in the league in rushing. The D is dissapointing tho. The turnovers are nice, and Carr / Scandrick have done well on their guys but we can't be this bad against the pass. Running backs and Tight ends are killing us across the middle.

But that game proved to me that we're the "tallest dwarf" in the division. Can create some distance if we win these next two games.

Wut...

Bruh, yeah we lost, but the dude had a PERFORMANCE. One hell of a game.

Dez did have that bad fumble, just putting it out there...
so what? corner made a great play, nobody is perfect

141 yards and 2 TD's, dude is a boss and if people want to hate on Dez that's fine but the dude is one of the best wide receivers in the game period

I read this stat before yesterday's game and was like WOW. Its mostly due to that one big game against the Rams...

With that said, imagine if he got carries in the 2nd half?!?!?!?!

Murray definitely isn't the best running back in the world but he can give us 1200 yards this season. Just need teams to respect him.

it's a damn shame romo is getting blame for this. obviously that was a terrible time to throw the pick, but without romo yall get 40 pieced :{

he bailed your defense out time after time

Watching ESPN and majority sports analysts blaming/saying 'Typical Romo'

Whatever.

Denver allowed 500 yards to a 'Cowboys team that SHOULD have gotten blown out' but nobody has said anything about Denver. LOL.

Next up Washington.

The defense was horrible. I know it's Peyton Manning but it's not like he's dropping 50 points on every team he's playing. But still, Romo can't do that. I definitely blame the Defense and Defensive staff before Romo tho.

Everybody wants to blame Tony Romo for the loss instead giving props to Danny Trevathan for making a great play on that interception ..

I'm not blaming anybody that had on pads and a helmet yesterday.
They had arguably the best quarterback to ever throw a football on the ropes and a chance to knock him out, and our head coach accepts a holding penalty, moves him back giving him more room to work with and an EXTRA DOWN!
If Garrett declines the penalty it's 3rd and goal from the 7 and our defense is ready to win the game for us, and give us the goal line stand that is going to fire us up for the rest of the year, but Garrett blows it.
Anybody notice the HUGE smile on Garretts face when he met Denvers head coach on the field after the game?

Murray can give us 1500yds rushing and 500yds receiving.
The man is OUs all time leader in all-purpose yards and holds several other offensive records.

DeMarco Murray's Career Records at University of Oklahoma
All-Time Leader in Points Scored (390)
All-Time Leader in Touchdowns (65)
All-Time Leader in All Purpose Yards (6,718)
All-Time Leader in Receiving Yards for a Running Back (1,571)
All-Time Leader in kickoff return average (27.58)

Please explain why he isn't getting the ball more?
