How I’d manage the off-season

1. I’m firing McCarthy and letting Kellen walk.
2. Trying to unload Zeke.
3. Replace either 2/5 or 3/5 of the OLine. At the very least, Williams and Biadasz. La’El is on thin ice.
All other moves would be tinker moves.

I know it’s the the NFL and players supposed to be tough but Zeke and pollard both were injured to the point they could not go full speed. At that point you have to trust your practice squad/depth and bring someone up. 9 yards was the longest run from scrimmage

zeke not been good doesnt stop them from using tony, who was actually doing well. they choice not to run it or run it at the worse times
