Should Vol. 2 have a new thread or keep it here?

Just ordered the Pioneers with a 15% off. Love the adidas.com return policy in case these don't work out for me.

Damn man. Adidas US is lucky. On adidasca, majority of the good shoes are excluded from discounts. The ones you can use the codes on are on shoes like the Crazybounce.

Did you have both the Star and Pioneers? Could you please compare the regular knit vs the primeknit?

Man, I wore my Imma Be A Stars for 2 days straight. very pleased with the comfort and fit of the shoe. I went TTS (8.5) for mine as I've done with my UBs, NMDs and EQT Support ADVs, etc. The crumpling sound I think everyone was referring to was from the boost and that stopped once I wore them a little bit. I would advise no one to try to unlace your shoes. I tried and it was a disaster to get them relaced, lol. The primeknit is nice and on the heel its very padded. the suede could have been better but it's not terrible. I need the cargos and pinks jawns now.

Just copped the pioneers due to the 40% NCAA discount [emoji]128293[/emoji][emoji]128293[/emoji][emoji]128293[/emoji]

Sorry y'all. I'm not sure ist expired just what was said in the other boost threads

Copped the Pioneers yesterday...they feel and look awesome. I like that they're a mixture of new and old school with the nice leather toe mixed with the PrimeKnit and Boost. Comfortable as hell and feel like they have great traction.

Uhhhh pretty sure Pioneers aren't primeknit upper. Star colorway are.

Had the Wiggins Home CLB 2015 last year but sold them since the lack of forefoot cushioning killed my knees and could barely feel the heel boost since I mostly play on my toes and balls of feet. First time trying full length boost and these Harden joints are bananas. The fit and comfort is easily one of the best that I've tried. Only shoe that comes close to the fit and comfort out of the box with no break in time required were the Kobe 8. Don't have any UBs so I can't compare but the Boost on these feel "bouncy" to me which is great. For what it's worth I went TTS in these instead of half size down like most recommend with adidas sneakers.

Gonna give these a run this week to see how they perform but I expect them to be really good. Only shoes that I liked are the Kobe 5 & 8 and these might be up there just from walking around the house to get used to them.

Great to hear this as I really enjoyed the Kobe 5 and 8 as well.

This. Hearing those comparisons have me excited for this shoe.

Was the first colorway extremely limited? James harden is a good player but I didn't expect a first day sellout with the way basketball shoes are selling nowadays

Kobe 5 & 8 are lighter but these Harden Vol 1 feel like they have more impact protection and they just as low to the ground I feel. The heel just feels higher off the ground only. I think the leather toe box and the padded heel gives these a bit more weight but shouldn't matter at the end if you can hoop.

Tried them on and was very very surprised at how much I enjoy the fit and comfortable from the very beginning. Went in to buy NMDs for my wife and left with AND hardens for me....merry Christmas lol

I haven't heard any complaints about this, but I tried on a few sizes and noticed a really bad pressure point at the first set of lace holes (medial side) by the leather toe cap everytime I raised my heel.  The end of the toe cap presses on the round lace and the double lace holes are reinforced (very stiff), plus there's a chunk of lace underneath the upper due to the double lace hole design... is no one noticing this at all?

I had the same problem with the medial side near the first lace holes pressing down into my foot. The right shoe is fine but the left one has given me issues since I first ordered them and it hasn't gotten better. I've been wearing the shoes around my house all day trying to see if the problem would go away as I break them in, but I think I'm going to have to return them.
