There was up to a size 14 when they dropped on NDC canada

Someone earlier said SNS had size 14 as well.
Have there been any other instances where sizes were withheld from US market? Seems so odd for Europe and Canada to get size 14 but no size 14 in US

Assume atmos will also be an L before game even starts and that no size14 will be available via draw in US
