I’ve never really understood the bespoke program. Is it a really expensive Nike ID? Is bespoke allowed to do this on their own?

Bespoke is Nike. It's not a separate company or anything. I guess you could say it's an expensive iD but you get 400+ materials and colors to choose from iirc. You can change anything on the shoe, not just the 6 or whatever options we get on iD. You go sit down at their design shop with a Nike designer and spend 2-3 hours making your shoe from the ground up. You can call it an expensive iD, but it's really like iD on steroids. It's not cheap but it's on my bucket list.
