Not a classic AM1, and that takes a little getting used to bc that's what I was expecting, but I still like the shoe by itself. Still get ACG vibes and that's cool with me. Once I got past the "They said am1 and that's not an am1", I like the shoe.

We called the SW a 97/1. They changed the upper again here but a 1 sole makes it a 1, or least a hybrid 1.

The split color blocking on the mid sole is what throws me off! Making the front of the shoe look really bulbous! Also not a fan of the internal lacing.

You really think people will because they look like some fake *** AM1s though. With the other TS collabs they did at least they kept almost everything the same minus a few changes here or there. These ****s look weird as an “AM1”

It's crazy to me that the leather toe pairs are still available for retail, especially the good colors! I doubled on the navy and teal pairs and am considering grabbing more for trade bait down the road.
