I am finally giving in and returning 2 of my 3 Safari NBYs fellas. One pair can’t be retuned so I’m stuck. Mine don’t fit right now matter what insole I use. They are long enough but not tall or wide enough compared to other size 11s. Concepts and Pattas have more room and I would say these Safaris go an equal amount in the other direction.

Well past 60 days. They said these couldn’t but I had them check the delivery date since there were so many delays.
I salute you captain! Yes, I fully unlace and relace each new shoe with my foot in it. I’ve laced these so loose I could jump out of them and they still pinch.

My last NBY’s fit exactly the same. I forgot to mention I tried stretching them too. Sometimes it’s just a bad fit. I don’t understand how though. They have a last, patterns for the materials and years of each shoe to work from. Too bad because these were the best NBY options for AM1s in a long time. I’d love to try on an 11.5 and see if that .5 size actually makes them wearable. Or if they would be too long.
