I just ran my first 5k back in September and working towards a 10k in November. My goal is to continue running all the way up to next July to do the SF half-marathon.

Just up your mileage slowly and stay consistent.(thats the most important thing in my opinion)

Copped my Cannodale Synapse summer 2020... when biking became the wave. Since indoor hooping wasn't an option... and I def wasn’t going to get into runningRunning and Nikes are bad for your knees

I was a little concerned unboxing these with the QC talk but I’m satisfied. On one shoe the suede is a little bit longer but you can just run your finger over it and it stays laid down. 1/2 size down fits better imo. They are much better in person!

these are clean but wish they hadnt done the OD fur near the toebox.
a FSR has been sitting on NDC since forever and i’m surprised nike refuses to put them on discount
