Navys from what has been posted by UK websites, but the navys did release in Asia as well.
The whole suede/gum bottom pack is a spring line, so considering its still the first week of April, be on the lookout, as they may start popping up anytime this month.

You can pick up the Liberty 1's now on the Liberty site (supposedly they are exclusive to their store unlike previous releases). Just search and do the "quick buy" option to add to size and checkout. 8's and 9's are all gone.

Does size? double box? Anyone ever get customs/VAT/etc fees from them? I'm thinking about grabbing those white/gold FBs since they still have my size. Spending over $180 on a pair of AM1's just won't feel right though.

Yes they double box and yes I got hit with custom fees once but that's because I ordered two pairs of shoes that went over $200usd. So as long as your under $200usd you will be fine.
