Got my UltraM's today.
The 12 was perfect.
It was very snug, but I also picked up a 12.5 black/grey white sole up from the White mall while I was waiting on these, and those were a snug fit as well, but too long in the toe.

I did return the shoe to NDC but it was for a defect, not the sizing issue.
