Anybody know the best way to clean up the Air Max 1 Red, Blue, and Navy Air Max 1's? I have all 3 and the white part on the toe does not come clean easy. I have scrubbed and scrubbed. Thought somebody might know a trick to getting them white again.

For meshed AM1,s I usually use a toothbrush with detergent on the toe area. After the suds develop, I toss them into the washing machine. Once completed, let them air dry.

If the navy ones are the obsidians, i wouldnt get them wet at all cause the dye bleeding onto the white.

Yep they need to bring it back. I only did 3 pairs previously but was all set to do more but they stopped it in London in 2018, doh! NY they stopped in 2020 I believe.

Yes, they are. Converse recently redid some of their shoelaces. Some colors are classic laces that come stock with regular chuck taylors, but egret is now woven in the same style that comes with chuck 70 laces. A little thinner, a little tighter weave. They used to make egret/parchment in the same style as regular *** shoelaces but no more for now.

Was finally able to secure a pair for retail (through EBay Top Star) just delivered. Interesting shoe for sure but happy to have in the collection
