Completely forgot I had ordered this last month.

On Chapter 70. That Don Krieg fight was :smokin and Nami being part of Arlong's crew... :eek Didn't see that coming.

I liked High School of The Dead.

the way HOTD has been on indefinite hiatus is disrespectful. word is the show was more popular EVERYWHERE else but japan. and the creator just quit hotd and started a new mange called triage something or whatever. but i dont care. HOTD was that work! the anime had a lil too much fanservice and took away from the excellent story and animation but...still

the world been waiting for YEARS. and they said the next season was greenlit like 2 years ago..

BRUH. I HAVE BEEN PLEADING FOR ANOTHER SEASON TO HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD. DON'T KNOW WHY JAPAN DIDN'T LIKE IT. IT WAS MY WALKING DEAD FIX BEFORE WALKING DEAD. :lol

WHILE WE ARE AT IT, SOMEONE TELL THEM TO GO AHEAD AND BRING BACK DEADMAN WONDERLAND AS WELL. :hat

Fate / stay night was pretty good. They make the dynamic between Rin and Shirou so melodramatic and complicated though. She was trying to serve him the yambs on a plate but dude is stubborn. Rin alternates so much between being really nice to him to and being tough on him. I know she does it so he doesn't get himself killed. I wonder if Caster is evil every time they've had this holy war. You'd think all the other masters and servants would've learned to kill caster early.

I saw Magi mentioned in here a few weeks ago and started it up. Liking it so far, it's different from what I usually watch. I like the story. Will check out Berserk next.

I stopped Kill la Kill. Not really into it.

MAGI IS AWESOME. ONE OF MY PERSONAL FAVES.

TRIED GIVING KILL LA KILL ANOTHER GO AND IT IS STILL PRETTY TRASH. THE STORY, HUMOR, ART STYLE, ANIMATION IS ALL PRETTY BAD IMO. IF I WANT SOMETHING OUTRAGEOUS, I'LL JUST WATCH FLCL. THEY DO WHAT KILL LA KILL TRIES TO DO MUCH BETTER.

I dont remember correctly, but I think that the anime for DMW deviated from the manga somewhat (which finished a while back fyi). I wouldn't mind another season though. That intro was awesome. :lol :hat

^
I was sad to find out there wasn't a season 2 of Deadman Wonderland. Liked the show and wanted to see more of the story.

memphissfinest, will check out FLCL. I feel the same way you do about kill la kill.

Anyone else patiently waiting for the 2nd season of Knights of Sidonia? Really liked the 1st season.

I used to be really into one piece but stop reading/watching it awhile ago. Yesterday I decided to pick up right along where I left off in the manga and I quickly remembered why I stopped with one piece to begin with. There is just entirely way too much dialog. In both the manga and the anime. It felt like I had watched 10-15 episodes and the story had barely progressed at all. I used to love the action that one piece brought to the table but geeze I felt like I was watching dragon ball z on Cartoon Network as a kid.

I've never seen gunslinger girl, but I think that that may fit that description.

Mezzo Forte

I've not finished Ghost in the shell, but I'll still recommend it.

Currently up to date with the anime

Ahh ok, yeah id just wait till this arc is over then pick it back up. I can see why ppl wouldn't **** with this arc that much. A lil too dragged out but in the manga now Oda is wrapping it up pretty nicely

It's an issue is have with the manga a lot. I'd read for a solids
2-3 months but then stop because it was just way too wordy. And then I'd stop for a good 6-7 months.

Hmm, I guess it's just s personal preference, I like when it's more dialogue and lengthy exchanges in words Cuz it helps grasp a better understanding imo which is why I will always like watching anime more then reading manga. The clarity is increased.

Action is cool but for 600+ episodes and 700+ chapters you gotta do something else as well to keep people interested ya know like making a good plot and having good dialogue.

Since crunchyroll hasn't been working for me too well, over been checking out Hulu for my anime fix. Finished up

Haikyu(awesome show)
Black Bullet ( great premise, a little rushed and too much loli stuff)
Lord Marksman and Vanadis( cool show but have no I idea what's up with that title)
Guilty Crown( not worth it)
