Quick tip guys who are helping, dont just resize the pic. Throw it into Paint and make the rest of the area the grey color. Sorry, just irking me seeing distorted avys :\

re-size the length of the gif to 100, only change the length or width (whichever one is higher and not both). The re-size the canvas to 100x100. create a new layer and place it under the animation clips..fill it in with the dark grey and just make sure it's visible in every frame.
