Idk.. Is there anyway I can look to see approximately how many grams is "good" enough for different chain lengths/carats? Not sure if what I'm asking for is clear^Why is it only 18 grams?
^ The thought of a grown man wearing that bull sh*t
Don't bother, it's hollow. A 14k 3mm 30" Franco should weigh around 45 grams.Thank you.
Is this a good deal? http://www.avianneandco.com/14k-yellow-gold-mens-franco-chain-38-3-mm-7661.html
$578 for the 30in.. comes out to $39 per gram.
Any other spots anyone can recommend in NY for Gold Francos? or anywhere else?
Rey just posted on IG two 18k big Cubans. I'm wondering if those are the Cubans the guy here was getting at around 920 grams total
i pay about $350 a year to insure my Cuban/jp. The appraisal is for like 30k, and you can have them write up either a retail appraisal or insurance appraisal which will be actual replacement cost. There's different companies that offer personal articles insurance so shop around, I've used Allstate and now use usaa. Depending on the costs you might be fine just using your home owners insurance most have a coverage for jewelry and personal articles. When insuring jewelry, would you insure if for what you paid for it, or what it appraises for, assuming it appraises for a lot more than you paid?
I was told standard insurance is 1.8% of value annually. Sound about right?
