I thought this too, heard everyone saying it was fuse underneath early on in the thread and just assumed thats what it was (due to ASG being my first pair and theres alot of white on the back), but its definitley not, its just something extra on the back of the flyknit for structural strength/rigidity. My ASG that have been worn to hell are alot sloppier in terms of flyknit but still stiffer than a normal pair of FK runners.I was watching one of Nightwing2303's recent videos, and he mentioned that the fuse layer everyone keeps talking about under the FK is actually additional glue that Nike uses to hold the flyknit together and stabilize the upper for more structure. Apparently that's why it feels stiff but becomes more flexible over time. A designer was telling him that with woven/synthetic uppers they just use varying amounts of glue on different areas of the shoe to provide structure where it's needed. If all of that's true, I guess it's still "real" flyknit, just stiffened up with glue to provide more structure for basketball/performance purposes. Definitely agree with you that ventilation is an issue though, but I also love the traction.
Just Nike marketing. There's not going to be a lot of "Victory" for the Lakers this year. They have Victory behind the tongue of the Restored. Whats up with the two names?

If you press place order or refresh the page, it will probably say there was a price update and your coupon code will be negated. But try it if it works.Still got the restored on my cart with the 20% discount lol. I'm thinking buying them and then exchanging them for the legacy in store.
They will be sneaky good and battle for the 8th seed until fading out
Nash already done for season and Nick Young out 8 weeks, not looking too good.

assuming you mean steve, it was hopeful rather than what could have been. I thinkI was never thrilled wit that move.
Both bench players though. This is coming from a Celtics fan, I think the Lakers will surprise people and be somewhat competive and not lottery bound
Nick Young might be a bench player but he was in the running for 6th man last year and there's nobody to run the offense with when Kobe is on the bench. Lin has to move to the second unit now to offer some scoring since Young is out. And we know Lin is injury prone anyway.
Lin will start at the 1. For young on a bad team somebody has to score. His stats are inflated because he was the only option and just jacked up a million shots. He's a decent energizer or role player off the bench, nothing else.
It was already discussed not too long ago that he's most likely not starting. And yes Young can be a chucker but he's still their second best scoring option which is sad to say. Who else is creating their own shots on the team besides him and Kobe? And if you're saying Young isn't that good, which I can't argue then they are really low on depth.
I'm guessing they would have to use Clarkson until they can find someone out there. It would have been nice to still have Farmar. It's not like the Lakers have ever had a real pg play with Kobe. He's always taken the ball up court. Fisher wasn't really a ball handler.
Clarkson will be good but now need a 3rd option
Dudes an unproven rookie. Lakers fans are hyping him up to be the next big thing
